Groundwater Protection Rule & Strategy Changes

The Agency of Natural Resources has revised the Groundwater Protection Rule & Strategy (GWPR&S).  The effective date for the rule revisions will be February 14, 2005, 15 days (or greater) following the filing of the adopted rule to the Secretary of State's Office.
